Agreement to Terms

Welcome to our Muslim Travel Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Muslifie is a platform that connects Muslim travelers with local guides, tour operators, and halal-certified service providers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications but do not directly provide travel services. All tours and experiences are provided by independent guides and operators.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Booking and Reservations

When you book a tour or service through our platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the guide or service provider. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to this agreement. All bookings are subject to the guide's availability and acceptance. Booking confirmations are sent via email and in-app notifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure payment system using Stripe. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of booking. Payments are held in escrow until tour completion. A platform service fee applies to all bookings. Payment processing fees (approximately 5%) are additional. By making a booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

5. Guide Partnership Terms

Guides who wish to offer services on our platform must complete verification and agree to our Guide Partner Agreement. Guides are independent contractors, not employees of Muslifie. Guides must maintain accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability calendars. Platform fees: 15% for day trips, 10% for package tours. Guides receive payments after tour completion, minus applicable fees.

6. Influencer & Affiliate Program

Influencers can earn commission by promoting tours through unique promo codes. Commission rates: 5% for day trips, 2.5% for package tours. Commissions are paid monthly for all confirmed bookings. Influencers must comply with advertising disclosure requirements and our promotional guidelines.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users must not: violate any laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; harass, threaten, or harm others; post false or misleading information; attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes; interfere with platform security or functionality. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. Our platform, including its design, features, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission. User reviews and ratings must be honest and based on actual experiences.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by guides. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and a guide, we encourage you to resolve it directly. If needed, you can contact our support team for mediation assistance. Any disputes with Muslifie will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you should discontinue use.
