Important Disclaimer on Split Payments
Split Payment Policy
Muslifie shall bear no responsibility or liability in the event that a Travel Partner elects to divide, split, or otherwise structure payments outside the platform, including but not limited to requesting partial payment in cash or other forms. Any such arrangement is made solely between the Travel Partner and the user.
Travel Partners remain solely responsible for clearly disclosing in their service description any requirement for split or partial payments, whether prior to booking or subsequent thereto.

Day trips: Influencers earn 5% commission | Package tours: Influencers earn 2.5% commission on bookings with their promo codes
Payment Processing Fee
Additional 5% payment processing fee applies to cover Stripe transaction costs (separate from platform fee) but that would be charged from Traveler

All fees are clearly displayed during booking process before payment - no hidden charges ever
Day Trip Example: $100 booking â $15 platform fee â Guide receives $85 in balance
Package Example: $500 booking â $50 platform fee â Guide receives $450 in balance

Tours must be marked as "completed" by guide to trigger automatic payment release from escrow within 24 hours

Escrow system handles payment disputes and cancellations fairly with full transparency and audit trail

Stripe Connect (Recommended)
Automatic daily/weekly payouts with standard Stripe fees of 5% per transaction - lowest cost option
Bank Transfer Alternative
Manual withdrawals to bank account available in regions where Stripe Connect is not supported
Processing Fee Structure
Stripe fees are deducted from payout amount - not from your commission percentage, ensuring fair earnings

Earnings accumulate in your Muslifie balance until withdrawal - no expiration date or maintenance fees

Booking Management & Cancellations
Guide Cancellation Policy
If guide cancels tour, full refund automatically processed to traveler - guide commission forfeited
Traveler Cancellation Policy
Package tours: Follow specific cancellation deadline | Day trips: No refunds within 48 hours of tour start
Emergency Situations
Natural disasters, safety emergencies, or force majeure events handled case-by-case by our support team
Quality Assurance
Payments may be held for review if significant complaints, disputes, or quality issues are reported
Completion Verification
Both guide and traveler must confirm tour completion for automatic payment release from escrow
Tax & Legal Compliance
Tax Responsibility
Guides are responsible for reporting earnings according to local tax laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

Detailed earnings reports and tax documents available in your dashboard for accurate tax filing
Policy Updates
Payment policy may be updated with 30 days advance notice to all users via email and in-app notifications
